Utilizes a multi-chamber, counter-current flow principle to continuously separate and settle heavy contaminants from plastic flakes in a water medium. It effectively sinks debris like sand and stones while allowing clean flakes to overflow for the next stage, ensuring deep impurity removal.

1.Three-Stage Sedimentation Design: Features three interconnected compartments that guide materials through progressively cleaner water, allowing for repeated and thorough settling of heavy contaminants, resulting in superior cleaning efficiency.

2.Robust & Corrosion-Resistant Construction: The tank body is fabricated from high-grade stainless steel (e.g., SS304 or SS316) or carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long service life and resistance to rust and abrasion.

3.Efficient Agitation & Separation: Equipped with specially designed paddle agitators in each compartment. These agitators keep the plastic flakes in suspension, preventing them from sinking while vigorously separating adhered dirt and guiding heavy particles to settle at the bottom.

4.Continuous Sludge Removal System: The bottom of each sedimentation chamber is designed with a conical or sloped base and is equipped with sludge discharge valves, allowing for periodic or continuous removal of accumulated sediments without interrupting the production process.
